This can later be done using a pagination. Not a priority right now. Can't split loading of Ticket and Messages, because the state (open/closed) gets determined by the messages and it would be unreliable to double-save the status in the SupportTicket collection.

As of now, all tickets with all messages are always loaded. That's very badly optimized.
