Fallback songs occasionally shown as requested songs when using Web-Playback-SDK (#31)

The state is put in twice when songs change on local playback. This leads to unexpected behaviour where songs get re-added as requested songs by the party owner.

Might only be fixable by removing pushed states. Could manually fetch, when a pushed state happened before. This also fixes different meta-data showing up using local playback when an automatic state fetch happens.
